Due to our Zebra Mat Floor System and to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, it is MANDATORY that everyone wears work out shoes that are used only at the gym. Street shoes will not be allowed!!

An INTENSE 45 minute workout using Punching, Kicking, HIIT Training, Plyometrics and Body Weight Training.
THAI BOXING BASICS
Beginner Level Course for our Thai Boxing Program.
THAI BOXING
In depth practice of the Art of Eight Limbs discipline including contact and sparring.
GRAPPLING
Wrestling technique as related to MMA Ground and Pound discipline.
MMA
Combining Thai Boxing and Grappling for full MMA Experience including contact and sparring.
